Moose and Kevin makeout in a classroom. Moose wants to take a hit of Fizzle Rocks.

The River Vixens collapse in the Riverdale High hallway. They all suffer from seizures.

Ethel holds a game of Gryphons and Gargoyles with Betty and the other patients. Betty throws up her dosage of Fizzle Rocks.

Jughead and Archie visit a scrap yard to see Jughead's mother. Jughead reunites with Jellybean.

Cheryl nurses Toni back to health at her home. She asks Toni to move in; Toni agrees.

Veronica wakes up in her former home; she overhears her parents arguing. Hermione and Hiram want to send Veronica to New York to get treatment. Veronica declines.

Reggie reveals that Jingle Jangle has been swapped out in town for Fizzle Rocks. Hiram has started a new gang, "The Gargoyles," to create Fizzle Rocks.

Gladys Jones is excited to see Jughead and Archie. She's changed her ways and got a GED.

Alice visits Betty to check on her; she informs her that the school board is holding an emergency meeting. Betty manipulates Ethel into believing that she's the Gargoyle King's new favorite. She locks Ethel in the chapel to sober her up of Fizzle Rocks.

The "threat" inside the chapel was a stone statue of a gargoyle. Betty asks Ethel for help in getting Sister Woodhouse to tell the truth.

Principal Weatherbee shuts down Riverdale High's sports, extracurriculars, and the student lounge. Cheryl tells Veronica that she heard Veronica's parents are planning to shut down the school. People in blue hazmat suits start pulling students out of Riverdale High.

The Gargoyles are giving out Fizzle Rocks for free. The drugs are being made at the new prison built in the southside.

Hermione plans to shut down Riverdale High until it's deemed safe. Cheryl and Veronic ambush the PTA meeting and accuse Hiram of multiple evil charges. Penelope fakes a seizure to end the meeting.

Archie and Jughead tell Gladys and Jellybean about why Hiram is going after Archie. Jughead has tension with Gladys over her abandoning him.

Penny ambushes Archie. Jellybean knocks out Penny with her slingshot.

Gladys plans to torture and interrogate Penny into telling her the truth.

Hiram admits to Veronica that she was mostly right about everything she said at the meeting. His real goal is to get a kingdom and legacy. He wants her to join him, but she says no.

Gladys reveals that Hiram's big plan is win Riverdale; not just kill Archie. The group deduce that Hiram most likely reintroduced the game to begin his evil plan.

Betty calls Veronica and warns her that Claudius Blossom/Hiram Lodge have been testing Fizzle Rocks at the Sisters of Quiet Mercy. They plan to interrogate Penelope to get the truth.

Betty kidnaps Sister Woodhouse.

Gladys reveals that Hiram placed a bounty on anyone's head who helps Archie. Archie overhears and plans to go on the run to the border alone while Jughead will return to Riverdale.

Sister Woodhouse reveals that Gryphons and Gargoyles was created by patients who were afraid of the gargoyle statue in the chapel. Patients created the rumor, but the Sisters reinforced the legacy as a therapeutic treatment. They didn't want the game released since it's powered by evil.

Cheryl and Veronica torture Penelope by dumping maple syrup on her. She reveals that Hiram wants to turn Riverdale into a kingdom where people can run their illegal businesses (i.e. drugs, prostitution, etc.).

The patients don't want to escape; they like playing G&G. Betty and Ethel plan to run a quest to get the patients to leave.

FP and Fred arrive to take Archie and Jughead to their next adventures.

Cheryl and Veronica get the RROTC to join them in fighting Hiram and Hermione.

Betty dresses up as the Gryphon Queen. She throws the decapitated head of the stone gargoyle statue to convince them to leave. The patients from the main wing, as well as the gay conversion wing, are freed.

Archie dyes his hair black. He leaves with Vegas into the woods.

Veronica tries to stop Hermione from doing her evil bidding. However, she already initiated her plan. A siren blares off in the distance.

The town of Riverdale is placed under quarantined by the governor. Alice comes to take Betty, Ethel and the patients to safety. FP and Jughead are stuck outside of town.

Hiram cheers to the Gargoyle King in front of him.
