-Maura leaves a fundraiser with a doctor. The next morning, he turns up dead and she can't remember what happened.

-As the evidence piles up, Jane has to arrest Maura for murder.

-Turns out Brad wasn't a doctor at all but a con man. He drugged Maura, stole her access card and broke into the morgue to steal the bones of a dead woman.

-With Maura's help from jail, Jane figures out that the dead woman was pregnant. They still have fetal bones that weren't stolen and are able to test the DNA. 

-The baby daddy was Tucker Franklin, a famous golf pro. He killed the woman he was having an affair with when he found out she was pregnant and paid Brad to drug Maura and steal the bones when he realized they could lead the police to him. Then he killed Brad to cover his tracks.
