- With Rebecca out as Marilyn, a new lead has to be picked. Derek is adamant that Karen is the right choice. He goes against Eileen, Tom, and Julia in picking her over Ivy.
- Ivy is upset and gives Karen the engagement ring that Dev left at her place.
- Karen is furious with Dev. Then overhears Eileen saying that she isn't ready to be Marilyn.
- Karen hides, but Derek finds her and gives her the confidence to be Marilyn.
- Ellis tells Eileen he put the nuts in Rebecca's smoothie. She fires him.
- Julia and Tom come up with a brilliant closing song.
- Karen gives an amazing performance as Marilyn.
