We pick up where we left off with Andy, Capt. Sullivan, and Shannon trapped in the ambulance. They are hurt, but alive, and no access to their radio. 

Pruitt and Miller express concern over Jack's being on edge. 

Sullivan realizes he can't feel his legs. Andy straps him to a backboard. 

Andy spots smoke behind the ambulance and uses the fire extinguisher to put it out. 

Ryan spends time reminiscing with his dad while the storm is still bad enough that he can't turn him in. 

Pruitt calls out the house for not helping one of their own in need. Jack needs their help. 

Andy is struggling to stay awake and Sullivan won't let her sleep in case she has a concussion. She asks him to tell her about his wife. 

Shannon goes into cardiac arrest and Andy gives her CPR. 

The house confronts Jack and he gets defensive. They're interrupted when the comms come back up and they learn Andy and Sullivan are missing. 

Andy decides to climb out of the pit with a flare. She falls and hits her head again. She gets up and starts climbing again. 

Ripley asks Pruitt to serve as Captain on call. He benches Jack and asks Travis to stay with him. 

Andy makes it to the top and sets the flare. 

Travis tells Grant he wants to get married again someday and accidentally calls him Michael. Travis realizes things aren't right between them. 

Sullivan risks further injury to himself to try to restart Shannon's heart. Andy gets back and continues CPR, but she doesn't make it. 

The team finds and rescues Andy and Sullivan. 

A flashforward shows Pruitt presenting Andy with a medal of valor for her bravery during the windstorm. Jack is in therapy but still not sleeping. He hasn't been cleared for duty yet. 

At a party for Andy, she and Ryan have sex. Captain Sullivan arrives on a cane.
