- Ingrid, stops by to see Warren again and Jack tells her to get therapy.
- Andy is still with Dean and helping him take care of Prue.
- Beckett catches Sullivan talk about being batallion chief again.
- Vic is squeamish about celebrating an anniversary.
- Jack is nervous about presenting his plan to start a clinic from the department with Carina, and Miller gives him advice.
- VIc conronts Miller about him leaving. He mentions that he may take a job in Oakland. She's not happy about it, and he asks he to go with him at some point, but she declines.
- An explosion happens when a pipeline breks and the team respond.
- Sullivan and Beckett get into it on the scene.
- Vic is on the ladder putting the fire out when a live wire hits her and she falls on the ladder. Miller saves he, and she tells him that she loves him but that he's her brother.
- He and Beckett and the other captain broach another entrance when it explodes. The capitan is badly injured, Beckett is fine, but Miller has to get rushed to the hospital.
- Andy tasks a new mentee probie under wing who doesn't seem interested in the identity politic stuff or sexism Andy mentions.
- In the ambulance, Ben and Jack work on Miller, but he codes and they can't resusciate him.
