Ava Hessington’s murder trial is under way, but the revelation that Stephen is the man who is responsible for ordering the hits is too good for Harvey and company to just let go. When Harvey shows his cards, however, it jeopardizes their case.

Harvey and Jessica bury the hatchet to team up and throw a hail mary when they put Darby on the stand to testify, only to be able to reach a deal with Cameron that not only lets Ava off, but also revokes Darby’s license to practice law in the US.

Louis has a run-in with Harold over a case, and the two attempt to one-up each other as they attempt to resolve it. In the end, Rachel convinces Louis that his behavior actually brings Harold down.
