Harvey tries to send Fay a message by taking on a new case. 

In doing so, he finds himself at an impasse because he stays within the confines of the firm, and that's exactly what the new boss wanted. 

Louis starts to wonder whether it's time to leave the firm behind, and learns that Sheila has schemed her way to getting him a new job. 

He starts to weigh up his options, and thinks going to Darvey is the best foot forward, but he realizes the two of them are ignoring him, and lashes out. 

But when he learns they are ignoring him because they wanted a day away from the office, he takes back his words. 

Donna urges him to fight for his job and move on, and he agrees to. 

Fay also tries to piss Donna off by getting her to file documents. Donna reacts negatively and is threatened with a demoton. 

Donna then refuses to do the deed and Gretchen steps in to save the day.
