Supernatural
Supernatural is a horror show on The CW Network that centers around the Winchester brothers who travel across the country investigating paranormal situations. Jared Padalecki stars as Sam Winchester and Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester.
Throughout 15 seasons (can you even believe that a little supernatural show on The CW became such a phenomenon?) Sam and Dean have been encountering cool creatures such as wendingos, wailing women, ghosts, vampires, amazons, changelings and fairies, but the best have to be the demons. Crowley, Ruby and Meg have been both friend and foe to the brothers.
They have lost many people, including their father, John Winchester, their father figure, Bobby Singer and their prophet (do not even ask) Kevin Tran. Some come back as ghosts or they meet then in various after lives (yes, they have both been to hell and back) and through it all the only constant is each other and their wicked '67 Chevy Impala.
About half way through the series, angels become a big part of the story, as Lucifer is tuned into Sam's brain and damn if they don't need help. An angel named Castiel comes to earth and becomes their friend and savior. He can also be a pain in the ass when pushed.
