She tells Jacqueline, and they print a retraction.
Jacqueline sees this as a learning moment, and she and Jane go to talk to Nicole about it.
Jacqueline and Jane ask Nicole to make her employees feel safe enough to come forward, and Nicole later suspends Mark Afton for misconduct.
Jane takes ownership of her mistake at the ad sales conference.
Kat reconnects with a childhood friend named Zuri.
After learning that Zuri is an ex-felon and has difficulty finding a job, Kat decides to help Zuri with her efforts.
They make a YouTube video and while people are supportive, no one has any leads on a job for Zuri.
Kat decides to then reach out to Adena for help.
Sutton starts to spiral when she learns Richard is in New York City.
She debates about texting him, and when she does, they decide to meet up.
However, when she arrives at the apartment, Sutton sees Richard's friend Ben, who tells her Richard wants a divorce.
Alex helps Joey get rehired at Pinstripe by having Joey go on his podcast.
Alex then ends up getting a job offer from Pinstripe magazine and after some debate, decides to take the job.
