Drew and TC are in the middle of a training exercise. 

Kenny is planning an engagement party. 

There has been a mass shooting at a local university. Julian and Scott argue over the training program. Scott wins and TC, Amira, Drew, and Jordan take the trainees to the shooting. 

A young woman, Anna, is injured during the training exercise and Paul and Shannon treat her. She has an irregular heartbeat. 

The SWAT team along with the doctors arrive at the scene. The shooters are still at large. 

Jordan and Amira go to help a paramedic who's been injured. An officer approaches and shoots him. A SWAT guy rescues them by shooting the fake officer. Jordan and Amira take her back to triage. 

Julian is supportive of Kenny, but Paul is suspicious of his motivations. 

TC and Drew are treating a patient in triage when the shooters start breaking down the doors. 

Shannon admits to Paul that she's thinking about leaving. If she says, Paul would be the only reason.

Drew's replacement fell through so he is unable to go to Ranger school.

Paul asks TC to help him go overseas. He wants to challenge himself as a doctor. 

TC tells Jordan he plans to go back to Syria with Amira. 

A slot opens up in Ranger school and Drew takes it. TC stays behind to replace him and Paul takes TC's place in Syria.
