Weston has left Greylock on assignment. Sarah and her new Congress start work on a Constitution. Their arguing is interrupted by Officer Vince, who says there's a caravan of immigrants outside. There are about 30 people from a town in Pennsylvania that had been overrun by a fracking company. Immigration becomes the first hot topic of debate for the Congress. Sarah's father Paul shows up after 18 years. She rejects him. Danny offers to help Corinne with her student-loan paperwork. Grover tells A.J. about his frustration with therapy. Sarah asks A.J. to do a background check on Paul. Danny puts up Paul at Ellen's house. Grover cautions Corinne about reconnecting with Danny. Sarah and Danny disagree about how to handle Paul. Maya submits two of Tyler's photos to an art show against his wishes and they are rejected. Grover offers perspective to Tyler. Danny's late, forcing Paul and Sarah into an awkward conversation. A.J. tells Sarah that Paul is wanted by the government. He stole classified documents about government corruption which were then published. A.J. takes Grover to meet her father, who suffers from a severe neurological disease. Her message to Grover is to live the life he has left. The Congress is deadlocked on immigration and Sarah is conflicted because of Paul. Danny informs Paul about Ellen being an abusive drunk. The Congress ratifies the Constitution, with the provision that it must be rewritten from scratch every five years. Grover tells Edna his therapist about his survivor's guilt. Tyler mounts an exhibit of rejected art at Sweetie Pie's. Tyler informs Maya that he doesn't like being the one in the spotlight. Danny tells Corinne he left when he did because he was about to hit Ellen back. He feared the violence inside of him would affect Corinne. They kiss.
