Padma is on the ledge when she gets a text message from Leela and sees the picture Leela sent one of them. Padma steps down and cries.

Padma shows up at Leela's place and asks for help.

Cade drops by Conrad's the next morning, and he lets her know about the attack on Billie and says he needs to talk.

Cade tells Conrad about how she was lying to him and what happened with her father, and how she didn't want to keep lying to him.

Conrad tells her about Billie. She gets upset and leaves.

A man comes in having a heart attack. He's a world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon. He wants Yamada.

Billie has flashbacks as she approaches the hospital, and Kit assures her that they're increasing security.

They're closing the ER to Traumas.

Leela and Devon check Padma into psych. Leela blames herself for not seeing it was PPD. Leela wants to postpone telling AJ because he has an important surgery with Leonard the legendary heart surgeon.

Devon's patient has Dementia, and he sees a bleed and wants to treat it while also treating her leg, so Billie and Kit have a surgery together.

Billie still hasn't talked to James and checks in with Conrad. He tells her he talked to Cade.

Conrad and Billie have to talk to the young boy's family, who had the fentanyl getting relocated for budget cuts.

Billie is risk-averse after losing her patient and doesn't want to do the surgery on Lilian at first, but Kit reassures her.

AJ does the surgery on Leonard, and it's risky after Leonard says that he is all in.

Surgery with Leonard had scary moments but was a success.

Billie tries to talk to Cade. They clear the air and agree they can be professional.

Leela drops in to talk to and comfort Padma.

Leonard faces a complication.

Lillian turns out to be fine and not suffering from dementia.
