- Harper tells Nolan that Bailey was lying to him by not telling him.
- Bradford's girlfriend isnt' used to his way sand the dog hates her.
- Bailey thinks Jason is already starting to harass her.
- Lucy tells Tim that he has to get rid of Ashley since the dog doesn't like her.
- They arrest a man dealing drugs when they see a plane going down It causes a massive accident that Bailey and her unit respond to.
- Wesley gets suspended and can't practice law for six months.
- The plan has no pilot.

- Jason shows up at Bailey's station and gives her the divorce papers.
- Harper and Nolan figure out that Levi the millionaire paid a man to do his time for him after having plastic surgery. they go talk to Oscar, an informant, for information
- Oscar offers to help Nolan find out more about Jason.
- Lucy sends their juvenile offender away with the guy Harper used to date. Chris, from the DA's office comes to giver her a talking and she goes off on him.
- Oscar updates Nolan about Jason and how dangerous he is.
- Bailey feels like Jason is doing things to her and harassing her. Someone messed with her car, and when she got home it was like someone in her house She finds her wedding album on her bed.
- Ashley calls Lucy to ask about the dog, and Lucy tells Tim he needs to listen to his girlriend.
- Wesley starts working with James. They try to help Tyler with his situation getting stuck dealing for a dealer.
- Bailey confronts Jason and warns him to stay away from her or else.
- Chris tells Lucy that Tyler got arrested for armed robbery and may go down for murder if the person dies.
- Bailey gets pulled over because Jason framed her with drugs in her car. It's a felony so she can't just go home and it could ruin her career.
