- Lucy and Tim are asleep when she gets a called from a UC she trained who is sending her a distress call.
- Tim immediately offers to back her up as they head out.
- Lucy pretends to be Noah's baby momma and it helps him get free of his assignment with the Army of Freedom, a miliatia group.
- Noah and Lucy seem to be very close which gets Tim's attention.
- Wesley and Angela are a wreck because of everything with Elijah.
- Charlie a new security person is hired to protect them, and Angela is annoyed already by her presence.
- Bailey and Nolan are showing up for a joint meeting.
- All the couple seem to be at odds on Valentine's Day.
- Tim gets a phone call that has him acting strangely.
- Noah is there for the briefing. He tells them that the Army of Freedom may be plotting an attack.
- Tim is stuck with Lucy and Noah for the day and NOah telsl Lucy that she need to reconsider doing UC work more becuase she was the most talented.
- Celina wants NOlan to give her the file on her sister's murder.
- They all gossip on the channel about Harper's sistuaiton with her mother and law and Wesley hiring the new hot security woman and CHenford's first valentine's day.
- Dr. Morgan tells the cops that three people exposed to Ebola were supposed to be in quarantine but escaped and needs their help catpturing them.
- Nolan promises to get the file for Celina but he'll go over it first before giving it to her.
- They find Matthew one of the guys exposed to Ebola and he's at his house with hsi mistress who now has to come with them and is shocked that he's married.
- Tim is upset because he knows that Lucy pulled strings to get him into Metro.
- They get a lead that one of the milita memebers is injured and they called for help. Tim, Lucy, and Noah arrive on the scene and find Vince at some warehouse dead. The militia isn't making meth. They're making saran gas.
- They catch another person headed to the hospital to meet his new baby who has to go into quarantine.
- Nolan gets Celina's sister's file.
- The next person exposed to ebola takes the bus so they have to shut down the bus service before he gets on.
- But he gets on the bus already.
- They bring Vince's sister to ID him and use her to monitor her call as they talk about the impending attack
- They arrest the guy who was about to distribute the saran gas
- Nyla and James make amends.
- Lucy and Tim talk things out and he gets her a necklace for Valentine's Day.
- Elijah leaves a threat of dead flowers and cockroaches at their home.
