Right off the bat, we're inside Tara's head on this episode. She manages to kill off Bryce herself within her psyche, and the rest of the episode is spent with her preparing to see a specialist in Boston.

She's sad to leave, but realizes there's hope because her family is in such a good place:

- Kate has decided to make a go of it with Evan.

- Charmaine and Neil are headed to Houston with Wheels, and they've also decided to look after Marshall until Tara returns.

- As for Tara? Our last image of this troubled woman is of her with her head out the window, Max driving the couple to Boston. There appears to be hope for her yet, a nice concluding feeling for fans to have as this series bid farewell.
