Ava works with a celebrity trainer this week to prep for a 10K in which her rival is also participating. Ava tries to sabotage Shayna's diet with some home made food, but the rival talk show host came armed with temptation as well. The night turns into a drunken party leaving the two would be competitors in no shape to run the race.  Chris experiences some major jealousy over Reagan's working relationship with Luke, but advice from Reed pushes Chris over the edge. Reagan is flattered by Chris's efforts to beat Luke in the race. Things get awkward between Reagan and Luke when she realizes he has a crush on her.
