- Lilly tells Mel that she has stage four pancreatic cancer. She wants to list Mel, instead of her daughter Tara, as her emergency contact.
- Stacie, Mark's sister, sends Mel a certified letter of her sonogram. She's pregnant.
- things are slightly awkward for Brady and Brie the morning after, but then he takes her on a motorcycle ride.
- Mel locks herself in the bathroom for a moment to cry after the news about Stacie's pregnancy and Jack is concerned.
- Mel talks to Jack about her feelings and how weak she feels, and he comforts her and tells her how brave he thinks she is.
- Hope's friends are still worried about Hope.
- Preach shares the letter Paige sent him.
- She said that she thinks Vince has tracked her down three times, and she's still on the run. She sent medical information for Christopher.
- Preach worries that Paige won't make it back and Connie makes him stay positive.
- Parker, someone from Lizzie's past, stops by to visit her.
- Mel tries to encourage Lilly to open up and seek support after her diagnosis but Lilly doesn't want to hear it.
- Doc wants to hop a plane and go to South Carolina himself to find Hope. J
- ack tries to talk him out of it before telling him he'll join him.
- Parker tells Lizzie how he tracked her down. He came there to rekindle things with her.
- Ricky bumps into Charlie at lunch, and he tries to make sure Charlie doesn't tell anyone anything.
- Brie and Brady spend the day together and bond. They seem to be hitting it off. He keeps talking about the time he spent with his uncle. Brady and Brie's whirlwind romance continues.
- Mel tells Jack that she knows Stacie sent her the sonogram to be spiteful because of the ring. Jack tells her about Doc, and she says she has to go straighten things out.
- Parker wants to make amends and wants Lizzie back. They bump into Ricky at the restaurant and it's awkward when he tells Parker that he's Lizzie'sboyfriend.
- Mel tries to confront Doc about going to the flood zone, but he refuses to listen and says he'll take the risk. She lets it go.
- Lilly tells Mel that they're recommending radiation and chemo together but she's afraid of the side effects that won't have her functioning.
- Christopher comes home excited about a sleepover with Owen, his new friend, but Preacher has to say no for Christopher's safety.
- Lilly gives Mel advice and inquires if she wants to try again.
- Brie tells Jack she quit her job.
- Charmaine and Todd come into the bar. When Charmaine is using the bathroom, Todd tells Jack that they're having the babies inEureka a hospital where his family donates money and not at the clinic.
- Charmaine drops the bomb that Mel knew about Portland while she's telling Jack that he basically doesn't have to be part of the babies' life anymore.
- Muriel comes to drop things off that Doc may need on his trip to find Hope. From her and the girls.
- Parker tells Lizzie that he's opening up a club in LA and he wants her to help him open it up. he invites her to move back to LA and crash with him.
- Ricky goes to the recruitment office to look into joining the Marines. Preacher puts together a camping night for Christopher with just them.
- Before Doc leaves, Lilly tracks him down because Hope is on the phone, and he can talk to her now. Jack asks Mel about the Portland fiasco, and they talk it out. They make up with ease and talk about camping out too.
- He gets a phone call from Mike. They got Jimmy in custody.
