Another season, another new group of interns. It's becoming tiresome, but there's usually at least one new intern who shines. This year, it's Andrew, who also happens to be Maggie's new love interest. He's confident, and he says it like it is, but he's also shown a sensitive side. Let's keep him around, okay? Let's not kill this one off.

Enough already with Jackson and April. Their relationship struggles have been drawn out long enough. It's only becoming more and more frustrating to watch them. Hopefully, after the hiatus, they'll make the decision to split up for good or to try making their marriage work. Either way, it's time for some resolve.

Who the heck is Nathan Riggs, anyway? This new doctor, who came to Grey Sloan Memorial because of a connection with April, is hated by Owen in a big way. Why? We still don't know exactly, but Grey's Anatomy Season 12 Episode 8, we learned that Nathan has some sort of relationship with Owen's mother, and that Nathan considers them to be family. Could it be that Nathan is Owen's brother-in-law?

Maggie Pierce was not a favorite character when she first joined the cast, though usually that's the case with most new characters. Still, another new sister and the replacement for Cristina was incredibly tough to swallow. Grey's Anatomy Season 12 has given us the chance to get to know her more, though -- her spunky nature and her willingness to say it like it is make her a character that we've learned to love.

This one goes along with the most uncomfortable episode. The simple fact that Penny is now working at Grey Sloan Memorial feels like a stretch, but she's also kind of insufferable. Add to that the tension she's caused for the other characters, and it just feels like it isn't working for her to be there. Let's get Callie and Arizona back together instead!
