7. Bonnie vs. Damon?

These two now have a special bond, but there's an Elena-shaped elephant hanging over them at all times. Says Kat Graham: "It creates an interesting dynamic [between Bonnie and Damon] going into season 7 and the fact that Bonnie is alive and Elena’s not. It’s on Bonnie to stay alive."
