I hope Merideth's anxiety over her pregnancy and delivery is leading up to Addison Montgomery delivering MerDer's baby. Merideth is going to decide she needs the best OB/GYN, and call Addie. I'd like to see Addison, at least one more time. I'd like to see how Derrik and Addison interact with each other, now that they are both remarried with kids. Perhaps Addison would come to Seattle for the unveiling of Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital? Maybe that will be when Merideth goes into labour, and she does have complications, and Addison saves MerDer's baby.
