I think Mr Clark is the guy that gets shot in the chest! if you look at the scene where he walks past Meredith, he is wearing a white shirt. So I get a feeling that he must've put on the doctor's coat to avoid the police and pretend that he is one of the hospital staff (hence, the white coat and the white shirt). My guess is Clark.

OMFG!!!!!! Alex cannot die! If he dies i swear i will not watch this show anymore. If all that was in the first 10 min i can't even imagine how the rest is gonna go! THIS GUY IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!
