When Nick Pepper returned to Mode offices in last night's Ugly Betty as an editor, he inspired Betty to join the YETI program to become an editor, no matter how short the deadline was (48 hours).  But when Betty competes against Marc for the same position in the program and Marc's had a 3 month headstart, who's going to win the much coveted spot?

Back at Mode, Wilhelmina pursued Connor aggressively as she hatched a plan to put them in a hotel in Key Largo by themselves.  Daniel, meanwhile, took advantage of Molly being stranded by offering to take Connor's spot in speaking to her Kindergarten class.  What a fun little love rectangle we have.
