As previously reported, next week's episode of House - titled "Locked In" - features a special guest-starring appearance by Mos Def.

The hour is almost entirely told from the perspective of the patient.

Also, during the hour, there's a brief moment of flirting between House and Cuddy (involving one offering to tie the other one up!); and it's revealed that a character has been seeing a psychiatrist.
