2009 Emmy Awards Winners: Mad Men, 30 Rock and More

The 2009 Emmy Awards aired live from Hollywood last night and the biggest winner was clear:

Neil Patrick Harris from How I Met Your Mother was the best awards show host in years. As luck - and CBS - would have it, his sitcom premieres its new season tonight.
