Emily Bergl is the latest new resident of Wisteria Lane.

The actress, most recently seen on episode of Grey's Anatomy and Southland, will recur on season seven of Desperate Housewives in the key role of Annie, the woman that married Paul Young while he was incarcerated.

"I thought she was just great in the scene we read together," Mark Moses, who will reprise his role this fall, told TV Guide. "She brings so many great qualities to the role - vulnerability, insecurity and a certain strength."

As you might expect, Bergl's character will be holding a juicy secret from those around her.

The show's other main casting additions include Brian Austin Green and Vanessa Williams. We can't wait to watch them in action.
