Oliver Queen is legally alive again, as viewers learned on this week's second episode of Arrow.

Next Wednesday, meanwhile, he'll officially be in trouble, as Michael Rowe guest stars as the famous comic book villain Deadshot. How will Arrow react to this assassin taking out one of his targets? By becoming one of those targets, of course.
