When Arrow Season 1 resumes on April 24, both viewers and Oliver will be in for a dangerous surprise:
Michael Rowe is back as Deadshot.
On "Home Invasion," the assassin will visit Starling City after taking down a U.S. Ambassador and six others overseas. But after Oliver, Felicity and Diggle learn that an operation is underway to take Deadshot in alive, the latter will make it his mission to take out his brother's killer.
It's safe to assume this is the "blood quest" to which David Rasmey referred in our interview at PaleyFest.
