Fans may be excited for the premiere of Supernatural Season 9, but The CW has released the first official poster for new episodes of this network hit and neither Sam nor Dean look especially psyched in it.

The image also includes Castiel and Crowley, along with the eerie tagline "Prepare For The Fall," a clear reference to the angelic events from May's suspense-filled finale.

Supernatural Season 9 kicks off on Tuesday, October 8.

The opening installment will be titled "I Think I'm Gonna Like it Here" and it will feature Tahmoh Penikett as an angel named Ezekiel. Read through the official CW synopsis now:

Dean is frantic after Sam collapses and the doctor tells Dean his brother won’t make it. Desperate, Dean sends out an all points bulletin via prayer to every angel in the area, asking them to help his brother. In exchange, Dean will owe that angel a favor. Numerous angry angels race to find and kill Dean, but one, Ezekiel, gets to him first. Meanwhile, Sam fights for his life and must face some familiar demons to do so. Castiel struggles to survive without powers.
