On the penultimate episode of NCIS Season 11, Director Vance sends Agent DiNozzo to Paris to make sure the Admiral's daughter gets back to the States safely.

Tony's probably thinking this will be some sort of Parisian vacation. He couldn't be more wrong. 

Tony manages to step into the middle of a controversial crime scene and a myster reminiscent of "Three Days of the Condor"  He even has to call on his NCIS team back home for help.
