Mike struggles to find purpose after her recent firing in Suits Season 4 Episode 7.

He finds some solace in someone who also had to start from the bottom and build his way back up, but the feeling is short-lived when Rachel reveals that she kissed Logan.

While Mike's world comes crashing down around him, Louis finds himself in the good graces of Jessica and Harvey after his most recent successful deal. While Louis doesn't feel like he deserves it due to the terms of the deal, he finds a way to save the day for everyone but himself, choosing to hire Mike back as his reward.

Jeff figures out that Jessica had Louis check his work behind his back, causing animosity between them that is quickly resolved, but the question still remains as to whether or not he should be trusted.
