On The Good Wife Season 6 Episode 3, Cary realizes that even though he's not in jail and the witness against him is missing, there isn't any way the State's Attorney's office is going to let him go free.

Cary's (very, very sexy) relationship with Kalinda is used against him. They decide that his involvement with her lead to the disappearance of the witness. 

Linda Lavin guest stars as Cary's parole officer, whose reports cause many issues. Castro threatened Cary by going to Alicia with the news that unless he testifies against Bishop, he'll go to jail. He even goes so far as to say it won't look good for Alicia's campaign if her partner is in prison.

"Thank you Nora! Your precognitive powers amaze me!" screams Eli when his secretary announces Mrs. Florrick is there to see him and she's already standing before him, carrying on a conversation.

The use of flashbacks to the time from Cary's release to the present is used throughout and it's really done quite well. You'll want to watch to see the unique way the episode if filmed as well as to see how well Christian arbitration stands up against a real court of law.
