Via a network press release, Emmy Award winner Noah Hawley will return as showrunner for the second season of this critically-acclaimed drama, which will take place in 1979.

It will be set in Sioux Falls and Luverne, Minnesota and it will tell the tell of State Police Officer Lou Solverson, who is yet to be cast and who recently returned from Vietnam.

Dunst, however, will portray Peggy Blomquist, a small town beautician with big city dreams who is trying to figure out her future and her identity.

She shares her house with her husband Ed (Plemons), a butcher's assistant, who wants to be supportive of his wife’s self-discovery... even if he doesn’t fully understand it.

Other major open roles include Solverson’s wife, Betsy,  their 4-year-old daughter, Molly, and fellow officer, Ben Schmidt.

Fargo Season 2 will air some time in 2015, while Fargo Season 1 may have been the best thing on television this year. You should really watch it.

Dodd: Some career advice: A whore's life is five good years, five bad years, and then some half-dick sweat stain grinds you out like a cigarette. Like a goddamn spent cigarette.
