Playing House (Finally) Renewed for Season 2 by USA

USA Network will return to Playing House in 2015.
As first reported by The Wall Street Journal, the sitcom will return for a second, eight-episode season some time next year, with USA taking an unusual step in order to boost its popularity.
Following each Season 2 installment, the proceeding week’s episode will be available to watch On Demand as part of a new marketing strategy.
Playing House wrapped up an enjoyable first season six months ago, leaving many to wonder whether it would be picked up for another un.
This news comes on the heels of some other recent cable renewal news. To wit:
- The League will return to FXX for a seventh and final season.
- Continuum will return to Syfy for a shortened final season.
