We know the thing Skye's psycho-pop wanted more than anything in the world was to kill Whitehall. In Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2 Episode 10, Coulson inadvertently took that revenge from him by shooting the Hydra baddie.
It appears Cal still has some Inhuman pals, and the destroyers want in on the action.
