Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 13 Review: Destined

at .  Updated at .

If all else fails, just rip their heart out.

It didn't come as a huge surprise that Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 13 would quickly wrap up the Liam story and rush through a Vincent and Cat wedding. Thankfully there were some great moments throughout, and it wasn't a total downer.

Let's not waste anymore time and discuss "Destined."

It was smart of Liam to dig up the bodies of Vincent's past victims to try to implicate Vincent in the murders. It's not like Liam was wrong in exposing what Vincent had done in the past. I understand Vincent went after bad people who needed to be stopped, but he's still a killer at the end of the day.

Cat's idea of trying to remind Liam of the person he was before he became a beast was laughable. Did she think she was just going to be up to him and persuade him to look into his black heart and remember the man he used to be? Did she think she was in a Disney movie?

Of course Vincent's idea of going after Liam and fighting him was no better. Both of their moronic ideas almost had me rooting for Liam – at least he was coming up with creative ideas when it came to going after Vincent and Cat.

It made perfect sense why Vincent would completely lose it after JT got arrested. At the end of the day everything happening to JT was because of what Vincent did. How could he not blame himself?

I loved the way Vincent revealed himself as a beast to the agents – there's no way they could say he was a liar. I can only imagine Vincent's big reveal to government agents is going to bite him on the ass next season – now the government has their own secret weapon to take down people.

Vincent: What if we tell Russo what Liam's thinking we'd never tell him?
Cat: That you're a beast?
Vincent: Yes, Yes, OK, Why not?
Cat: Why not? Are you kidding me? What do you think they're gonna do, forgive you, us, pretend like none of those cases ever happened? No, they're gonna crucify you.
Vincent: They're gonna do that anyway. You know, whether we like it or not, at least this way we're in control, not Liam.

JT being there to save Vincent was fantastic to watch. I always look forward to seeing JT be the hero and, even though it was part of the plan, if JT hadn't hit Vincent in the chest he never would have woken up. JT has been the MVP this season.

Who else was ready for Liam to just die already? Liam was a formidable villain, but his obsession with getting revenge was getting irritating; though Liam's death was incredibly too easy. All they had to do was distract him and have Vincent rip his heart out – SERIOUSLY?!

Vincent and Cat now have an even higher power who will continue covering for them. The detective was right, now they know what Vincent is and everything is going to change.

The dinner party at the restaurant was my favorite moment this entire season. Everyone was relaxed and the threat of Liam was no longer hanging over their heads. The lighthearted moments is what makes this show great and was sorely missing this entire season.

Remember how I've been saying all season Vincent and Cat should just elope? They basically eloped and were surrounded by the people they love most. It was an extremely sweet moment, and having Tess officiate the wedding was a nice touch. Thank goodness they ended things on a high note.

Tess: So we are gathered here to witness the coming together between two people whose hearts and spirits are absolutely intwined as one.
Vincent: I love you for everything that you are and everything that you make me when I'm with you. You are my partner in life and my one true love.
Cat: You are my partner in life and you are my one true love. And I will cherish this marriage always and I will love you more and more everyday.
Tess: Do you, Vincent Keller, take Catherine Chandler to be your lawfully wedded wife? To love, honor, cherish and protect?
Vincent: I do.

Cat: I do.

What did you think of the quick take down of Liam? Did you enjoy Vincent and Cat's wedding? What do you hope to see happen next season?
