At the office, Cat notes that Supergirl is taking on too much too soon, and it's something Kara takes to heart. She lets her friends in and begins to work on smaller saves with their help. The people start to believe in Supergirl.
Alex, meanwhile, points out to Kara that fighting takes a lot more than special powers. There is skill involved. When she finds herself defeated once again, and Alex's life is in jeopardy, she decides it's time learn the art of combat with the help of Alex.
Also, Supergirl gets a little press so Jimmy can keep his job. After all, any press is good press, and James is a friend!
