AMC announced its plans for spring programming at the Televisions Critics Association Press tour today.
First up, mind your zombies, as Fear the Walking Dead Season 2 is set to make its debut on Sunday, April 10 at 9/8c, followed immediately by a new episode of Talking Dead, which will air post FtWD all season long.
Taking a cue from its older sibling, Fear The Walking Dead will feature a split 15-episode second season, with eight episodes airing this spring and the additional seven later in 2016.
We don't know much about Fear the Walking Dead Season 2, but it looks like they won't be just standing by the beautiful ocean, as the new photo released today in support of the upcoming season (above) shows them gliding across it on a boat. Fun!
Of course, the flagship series, The Walking Dead Season 6, will be returning as a lovely Valentine's Day gift on Sunday, February 14 at 9/8c, also followed directly by Talking Dead.
Better Call Saul Season 2 finally makes its way back on Monday, February 15 so we can find out what Jimmy has been doing while we weren't looking.
AMC is also doing something different for 2016, which is creating a new night of programming on Tuesdays beginning April 19 at 10/9c.
They're releasing their six-part miniseries, The Night Manager, starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie and based on John le Carré’s spy drama. First look at the cast follows.
Finally, another acclaimed espionage thriller, Turn: Washington's Spies, returns on Monday, April 25 as the series building toward the stunning betrayal of Benedict Arnold.
