ABC Fall 2017 Schedule: What's On The Move?

ABC is the third broadcast major broadcast network to announce its 2017-2018 schedule, and boy, there are some changes afoot for the alphabet network.
The biggest change of all has got to be Once Upon a Time vacating its Sunday night timeslot and making a move to Friday nights.
The fantasy drama series spent six full seasons on Sunday nights, so it should be interesting to find out how it performs on a new night.
Helping matters will be the Season 7 reboot. Could it bring a new audience to the series, or could it be the thing that sends it into cancellation territory?
Airing out of Once Upon a Time on Fridays is Marvel's Inhumans. It's certainly a shocker sending the show to Fridays, but if Agents of Shield's live numbers are anything to go by, it's probably the best slot for it.
Friday shows are not expected to rate as highly as the shows that air earlier in the week. With 20/20 remaining on Friday nights at 10/9c, this revamped line-up also means that Shark Tank is on the move.
It will join, To Tell The Truth, and new drama, Ten Days In The Valley on Sunday nights. With drama series struggling on the night during 2016-2017, it makes sense to at least try and air something different.
However, I don't like the chances for Ten Days In The Valley to be a success on that night. Gone are the days of Desperate Housewives eclipsing 20 million viewers per week.
TGIT will remain intact next fall with Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder continuing to throw crazy twists at the audience.
Black-ish will be losing the Modern Family lead-in and making its way to anchor the 9/8c time period on Tuesdays, followed by new shows, The Mayor and The Gospel of Kevin.
Freddie Highmore's The Good Doctor will steal Quantico's slot in the fall and have a solid lead-in from Dancing With the Stars.
