How to Get Away with Murder Season 5 premieres in just a few months, and one recurring player from How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 has landed a promotion.
According to Deadline, Amirah Vann, who plays Tegan Price, will be sticking around as a full-time member of the cast of the fifth season of the Shondaland drama.
Tegan was at the center of the big mystery of the fourth season, and despite turning against Michaela after unraveling the truth about what was going on.
Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) turned to Tegan for assistance on How to Get Away with Murder Season 4 Episode 15. Despite the two characters having differing views, Tegan agreed to be the one to open up to the FBI about what was really going on with Antares.
“I’m so excited to join the HTGAWM family as a series regular,” said Vann in an exclusive statement to Deadline.
“Working with this incredible cast and crew has been amazing and I’m thrilled to see how Tegan is going to shake things up this season.”
Little is known about the new season of the series. One of the things we do know is that Rome Flynn has also been promoted.
He was introduced as a new student at the Middleton College, and Frank (Charlie Weber) immediately got on the phone and uttered the following words upon noticing the new student was present:
"The fun is over, her kid’s here,” he said to an unidentified person.
With that, it left a lot of things up in the air, but there are two possible scenarios for Gabriel showing up:
He could be Annalise's son, or he could be Bonnie's son. The show is known for genre-bending twists, so we are ruling nothing out.
