Doom Patrol: Alan Tudyk Cast as Mr. Nobody!

Alan Tudyk is the latest addition to the upcoming DC Universe TV series, Doom Patrol!

According to Deadline, the actor has joined the cast of the Titans follow-up as Mr. Nobody.

The villain once went by the name Eric Morden, but he chooses the villainous way of life when he's exposed to experiments by ex-Nazis in Paraguay.

He has the power to drain the sanity from others. Yes, really.

Tudyk has had roles on the likes of The Tick, Dollhouse, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

He joins a cast that already includes Brendan Fraser, Riley Shanahan, and Diane Guerrero.

"Doom Patrol is a reimagining of one of DC’s strangest group of outcasts: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Woman, and Crazy Jane. Led by the mysterious Dr. Niles Caulder, they’re called into action by the ultimate hero for the digital age, Cyborg," reads the official description of the series.

"Banding together these rejects find themselves on a mission that will take them to the weirdest and most unexpected corners of the DC Universe."

Doom Patrol is slated to debut following the conclusion of Titans, which debuts October 12 on DC Universe.

Doom Patrol's home has not even launched to the public yet. It will launch September 15 aka Batman Day.

“DC Universe is so much more than a streaming service. It’s a welcoming place for everyone to immerse themselves in their own level of DC fandom, with the epic characters, stories and experiences they have come to expect from DC,” Jim Lee, the chief creative officer of DC Entertainment, said in a statement earlier this year about the service.

“We are investing in and creating original, high-quality shows including the new Titans series, and curating the most beloved nostalgic content, while at the same time elevating the comic reading experience to new heights. Nothing this robust has ever been offered to fans before.”
