Fuller House will be home for Christmas, TV Fanatics!

By that, we mean Netflix is debuting brand new episodes of the comedy series in December, just in time for the holidays.

The popular spinoff of Full House was renewed back in January for the fourth season, and given that the last batch of episodes bowed last December, a premiere date was imminent.

Netflix has confirmed the entire fourth season will land on December 14.

The show's future was placed in doubt earlier this year when creator Jeff Franklin was fired following allegations of misconduct.

He was let go as showrunner when it was alleged that he made sexual comments about his personal life in the writer's room.

In one instance, it was reported that he brought one woman he was in a relationship with to the taping of the show, and even went as far as offering her a role on the show.

Warner Bros. TV group conducted a full investigation before concluding that it was best if he was ousted from the series.

In the aftermath, Steve Baldikoski and Bryan Behar were elevated to co-showrunners, after serving as co-executive producers since the show's launch in 2016.

As for the show's future beyond Season 4, TV Line recently reported that there was a possibility that Netflix was not bringing the show back for a fifth season

Given that it's a high-profile series, it's difficult to imagine the streamer not giving the show a proper ending, but time will tell whether the fourth season includes enough closure to rule it the end.

Netflix has been on a cancellation spree of late. Marvel's Iron Fist and Marvel's Luke Cage were both canceled recently, as well as American Vandal.

All three shows were axed after their second seasons.
