Meghan Ory has received a promotion.
The actress, who appeared on multiple episode of Once Upon a Time Season 1 as Ruby/Red Riding Hood, will be a series regular when this wildly new ABC series returns this fall.
Ory, of course, was involved in one of the show’s biggest twists this season, when Red was revealed to also be the wolf. The actress told TV Fanatic that she was “heartbroken” when she first read about the character devouring her boyfriend.
Once Upon a Time returns some time in September will air again at 8 p.m. on Sundays. Deadline first reported this Ory casting news.
