Paul Reubens has booked a ticket to Gotham.
The actor, forever best known for bringing Pee-Wee Herman to life, will come on board Gotham Season 2 as Mr. Kapelput, Fox announced this weekend at New York Comic-Con.
Reubens actually has a history with the Batman franchise: he also played Penguin’s father in Batman Returns and he voiced Bat-mite on the Batman: Brave and the Bold animated series.
Along with confirming this scoop, Gotham unveiled an extended promo at Comic-Con that features the debut of Michael Chiklis, along with a rundown of the first three fall episodes.
