Another new face is on the way to Mystic Falls.
On the heels of Colin Ferguson being cast as the head of a local militia, The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Emily C. Chang has also landed a role on The CW drama.
Few details are known, but Chang will portray Ivy, described as "the quintessential girl next door with an unexpected wild side."
Like Ferguson (and Gabrielle Walsh as a character named Sarah), Chang will debut on the October 2 premiere.
The Vampire Diaries Season 6 six will also feature the return of Matt Davis, along with fan favorite Michael Malarkey as a series regular.
Chang has guest starred on Community, How I Met Your Mother, Bones and NCIS.
