Okay, actually, there was plenty to appreciate about this episode of Botched. To wit:
- The surgeons did their best this week to help a female bodybuilder who really wanted to appear more feminine.
- Also, Paul performed surgery on a woman who was self-conscious about her nostrils.
- And, in the most amazing aspect of the installment, a patient iswasobsessed with looking like a blow-up doll.
