Dr. Cox’s born-again Christian of a sister, Paige (Cheryl Hines) visits the hospital to ask him to be in her son’s baptism; Elliot tries to convince Turk that babymaking is romantic.

Trying to finish up a list of goals before his 30th birthday, J.D. signs up for a triathlon; Turk’s patient wants to be hypnotized instead of anesthesia.

Turk saves a man’s life at the taco stand, but Cox taks the credit; Elliot enlists J.D.’s help to prevent her dates with Jake from becoming too intimate; Kelso terrorizes the hospital from his motorized wheelchair.

Molly returns to Sacred Heart and J.D. blows off Kylie to go out with her; Carla finds out Turk is still in contact with his ex-girlfriend; The Janitor bets Cox his van for Cox’s porsche he can get a date with Elliot.

During a date with Kylie, J.D. and she wind up at the hospital where he mentions SARS and the whole place goes in lockdown, trapping them, the staff, and a visiting Danni (Tara Reid) inside.

When Elliot proves to be the better doctor, J.D. struggles to compete; Turk tries to make money from his diabetes until he has to amputate a diabetes patient’s foot.
