D.B. Woodside – best known for playing the President Wayne Palmber on 24 – has landed a recurring role on Hellcats.
The actor will portray Dr. Derrick Altman, the physician in charge of the pom-pom waivers at the center of this new CW drama. The character is dating Sharon Leal’s Vanessa on the show, the group’s coach.
