The NBC pickup parade continues.
With seven new shows already announced by the network over the last week or so, the Peacock has given the green light to two more:
- Do No Harm: A drama based on Steven DePasquale’s neurosurgeon, a doctor with a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde-type issue that causes major problems (as you might expect) at work and at home. Cast also includes: Alana de la Garza, Phylicia Rashad and Mousa Kraish.
- Infamous: Pretty much a rip-off of Revenge. Features Meagan Good as a detective who goes undercover inside a wealthy family in order to identity her friend’s killer. Also stars: Victor Garber, Neil Jackson, Katherine LaNasa and Laz Alonso.
As for returning shows, NBC just announced renewals for 30 Rock and Parenthood.
