It's a beautiful day for a couple's stroll. If Richard and Catherine are outside looking this relaxed, then that usually means all hell is breaking loose at the hospital in their absence.
This looks like another one of those awkward elevator rides where Teddy ends up in the elevator with the people she's trying to avoid the most. Right now, those people happen to be Owen and Amelia. How long does she think she can avoid talking to either of them? She has less than 9 months.
