Victoria takes her turn sliding down the fire pole. This was something that wasn't allowed under the captain's command, but Andi has taken over with Jack and allows everyone to slide down.
Andi's dad is in the hospital and she is holding it together for the crew, but Meredith recognizes she's about to lose it. She ushers Andi into the supply room to cry it out and then get back to business.
The captain (Andi's dad) is in the hospital because he passed out in the middle of a fire. She's angry with Jack because he was supposed to stay with the captain in the burning house.
